I had my "on arrival" training last week, for 3 days. I did not really want to go because I participated in so many trainings, I thought it won't be special. But I met there so many kind people... really I felt very good because of them. 3 Italian, 1 Turkish, 1 Ukranian, 1 English, 2 French. All of us are volunteers in the francophone part of Belgium.:)All of us have very different projects, but 6 people are in Brussels which is very good:)The training was in Namur, the city is really cute and kind. Good to have a deep breath after Brussels.
